You may need to change the substrate in the cage. When I am angry at my 5-foot iguana mites and had tips that I as a "Jurassic-Mite." It is very effective, and it is quite natural. Good luck to you and him.

"The mites are very difficult to remove and attack requires a dual strategy. The animal and its habitat must be addressed. The animal must drink a dilute Betadine bath. Thus the lizard before its d add fill 'Betadine. If the animal defecates, the bathtub drain, clean and repeat. The area around the eyes and nose should be treated with mineral oil after bathing. Discard substrate, bags for disposal and scrape the corners and edges of the case for all dust mites, mite eggs and faeces eliminated. wiping or spraying the area with soap and water, and remove the soap. Then use a mixture of 1 / 30 bleach for 10 minutes. 2 wooden furniture -3 hours Bake at 250 degrees, more for thicker parts. Boil rocks half an hour. a little too big for these treatments should treated with the solution of bleach for 8 hours. Wipe clean or re-use of these treatments as it is the substance. Non-use of pest strips or cat flea collars on the enclosures and seal the tank or chamber as close as tightly as possible. Leave it for at least three hours. Bag and dispose of all cleaning products for disposal, and let the machine rest for at least 8 hours before returning to the Dragons. "
